Me and the wife are thinking of getting a will written just in case we go together, we have plans on who to leave kids to and money sharing ETC which would probably be different to what the state would decide to do if we did not have a will
I saw a documentary about the cowboys out there who sell you a will writing service which are crap and would be invalid so I don't know who to engage.
Anyone used a decent company before, any ideas?
