Sunderland v Everton
Nil nil so far, nothing of note except a few bellends shouting during the minutes silence, quickly drowned out by them being booed & scouse voices slagging them off.

I think sherwood doesn't give a shit anymore. Can you blame him you knew you were getting let go at the end of the season?

That Fulham goal means that they are now just two points behind the Canaries...[/article]

Com'on Sunderland. Need them to get a result so they can keep their heads up when they play City and Chelsea in their next 2 games. Harsh to them that they're a goal down right now.

He's not a cock.

That own goal was boss. The better Everton do, the more likely they are to need a win against City to clinch fourth place.

A draw is hardly a bad result for Everton - puts them level with the Gunners with a goal difference advantage. So they'll still be pushing against City.

Palace winning is a good thing for us too.
All these permutations are doing my tits in though.

This. Enjoying seeing Lambert squirm for one, and also, keeps them on their toes when they play City.
Palace plays City just a week before us, so hopefully their fate is only safe by the end of that game.

Big results for a few teams today. Very interesting picture now at the tail end of the table - I'm glad we only play Norwich out of this bunch. Palace should be safe now, but I hope they have some bad results and only confirm their status at the end of the weekend they play City.

How shit are west brom.?hope they go down, concede 96min goal two weeks ago and let slip 3-0 lead today, terrible stuff

How many fans do Wigan actually have? I can't believe that there's empty seats at Wembley.

Spurs GD back to 0, a United win puts them 6th on goal difference. What next for David Levy?

What was with the clapping during the minute silence? I can understand clapping when someone has died to celebrate their achievements in life e.g Tom Finney but it's totally inappropriate for Hillsborough. The minute should be quiet for reflection and remembrance. Is it that hard to keep quiet for 60 seconds?

I just had a moan about that. It's ridiculous. I wonder whether the jeering at the Sunderland Everton match during the silence made them decide not to risk it with a huge worldwide audience watching.

Norwich really unlucky. Snodgrass hit the bar and Stockdale made one simply superb save to keep them out. Norwich played the better football throughout, a so much better team than Fulham. Yet I think Norwich will go down now. Pity.

Arsenal been the better side & had better chances but have been unable to seal the deal on front of goal.

The longer they fail to score the more likely one of these odd chances Wigan are getting will go in.

Fingers crossed.

With the form Bayern and Madrid are in, Mourinho is going to fancy his chances in the CL if the Chavs make it past Atletico.
