is anyone else fucking miffed that we were after willian for 30 mill (or were we?) and we've ended up with fucking moses on loan. all the other transfers have just been the usual roundabout fodder.

sakho is a good signing and toure looks good business but fucking hell it's a wank window.
We are seriously light weight with attacking options.. Our bench looks lightweight... lack of options...
Sakho, Mignolet and Toure are all good signings IMO.
Assuming they adapt I think Illori and Alberto will be good signings/money makers in a couple of years time.
Have my concerns over the chances Aspas will create/put away (or lack there of), and whether Cissokho and Moses will add anything to our left hand side.
I still think we need a quality DM and a quality CM who can create something, but it's not a bad window overall.

How many windows have we had where we duped ourselves that somebody would be the missing piece of the jigsaw? We didn't do that. We just made ourselves better, and stronger. You'll be wanking come April when we're pissing the league.

Not that I think he's all that but I can't see why we've let Borini go without bringing an upgrade in. Three good signings in Sakho, Toure and Mingolet but the jury is out of the others. Pretty average window all in all.
seriously this is how wank our window has been. we shouldn't have sold downing.
I'm a bit disappointed we didn't get that one big signing or a new CM but overall I'm quite pleased. I'm warming up to the Moses loan too. We didn't get our top targets so it's wiser to wait than blow that money on someone we don't really really want.
