Bib theory says Jonjo to start but not Sturridge or Coutinho.

Reina, Johnson, Carra, Agger, Enrique, Lucas, Gerrard, Shelvey, Downing, Suarez [A.N Other - possible Henderson].

As you say, Sturridge, Coutinho, Sterling and Suso are in the other team's bibs - I cant see Henderson however.

Its been very hit-and-miss, I wouldnt be putting much stock in it. Generally about 9 players are right but the average fan could generally name 9 of the starting team.

I think the regular guys who didn't go for the international games will all start, fitness allowing. So, that's Carra, Enrique, Lucas, Coutinho (let's say he's a regular), Downing. Given that, the rest of the team should probably pick itself.
