I would play

----------------------------Can
--------------Henderson ---------Coutinho
-------------------------Gerrard
------------Markovic----------------Sterling

if you are asking me what is that, that is fucking a diamond...I would ask Sterling and Markovic to run, run and run....harass their defenders all day, they will be fucking caught out on every counter attack, or every through ball from Coutinho....I would also play Lallana instead of Gerrard, bt knowing Gerrard wont be dropped, I included him

This is one game SG shouldn't be dropped for. If anyone will raise his game against the manc cunts, it's Stevie.

Is right.

And 4-5-0 with Markovic is the way to go.

Coutinho should play too. Sterling - not too sure if his head is right what with all the contract talks and all that. But he should be on the bench the very least. Obv.

Adam - only if he's fully fit. But Henderson needs a rest and shouldn't start. Chan should be on instead.

Nervous about this one as well.

Despite our run of wins we haven't been playing that well. Hopefully Di Maria, Shaw, Herrera, Jones and Falcao are fit and ready atleast for the bench for this one.

A win for us and we are 10 points ahead. I think you will find it tough to catch us for top 4. A lose and the gap is just 4 points and it is wide open.

What do you think your team will be? I saw McNair was subbed early for poor performance - does that mean he might not start even with Smalling injured?

I think this would be a good game for Balotelli to score a screamer, or win the game with some sort of scandal. The mancs would go batshit.

No idea what the team will be yet too many players on the verge of fitness to call.

I think this is the most likely

------------De Gea
Valencia--Evans--Rojo--Young
-------------Carrick
------Fellaini-----Herrera
--------------Mata
-----Rooney-------van Persie

Players on the verge of playing are Jones, Rafael, Di Maria and Falcao may not start but hopefully on the bench.

We don't need to. Even if you finish 3rd I'll be be very happy with 4th and Arsenal / Spurs / Everton look far more vulnerable.

will it finally be the year when we finish fourth with ManUtd and Arsenal dropping out of top 4...so eventually Wenger gets sacked 😕

I've got no confidence whatsoever in this game. I'd take a draw if it was offered now.

If Rodgers goes for the safe approach I can see us losing 3-0/3-1 or something.
If he shows some balls and plays a team that could hurt Utds defence then we might have a chance.

I think he'll go for the safe option and we'll lose.

Some Twitter twatter rumours about him having until January to save his job. Meaning results against Utd and Arsenal are a must for him, if true mind.

I've never been less confident ahead of a game against the scum. Even in seasons we've been terrible we've had the ability to raise our level and give them a game. I have no confidence whatsoever that we can do that this time.

Jones and Rafael back now so most likely line out like this.

------------De Gea
Rafael--Evans--Jones--Rojo
-------------Carrick
------Fellaini-----Herrera
--------------Mata
-----Rooney-------van Persie

First time we have had 4 defenders fit to start in quite awhile.

He hinted Falcao may play so maybe Mata could be dropped for Falcao with Rooney dropping back to Matas position.

Down to 4 injuries best position all season ☺

According to twitter, we're playing with no recognised striker and Mignolet is dropped

"@MarkmaccaMc: This is Russian roulette if that team @Jay_78_ sent me today is right. No forward playing even though 3 are fit and no first choice keeper."

The former Sunderland keeper is one of a number of Kop stars on the chopping block ahead of the big game

Simon Mignolet is facing the axe from this lunchtime’s crunch clash at Manchester United.

The Belgian goalkeeper is in line to pay for Liverpool’s poor form with his place in Brendan Rodgers’ line-up.
Mignolet is one of a number of players who are in danger of the chop as the Reds boss tries to arrest Liverpool’s alarming slump.

Striker Mario Balotelli is also likely to miss the trip as he has not yet recovered from the groin strain that has sidelined him for the past five weeks.

Rickie Lambert, meanwhile, is determined to turn the Kop club's season around by beating arch-rivals Manchester United.

WOW - if he's dropped mignolet, and going with the 4-6-0, I'll be mighty impressed even though we'll probably get hammered.

Well, like the most twitter team sheets this season its a made up team which represents the current fans flavour of the month, aka playing without a striker and dropping Mignolet
