Gerrard again up near the back. The crap about sacking him is, frankly, embarrassing but why he's decided to move Gerrard to the back again and move Lucas is utterly mystifying.

Coutinho needs to start influencing. The Johnson injury is going to cause us an issue in the 2nd half but, with a linesman who can call offside properly, we'd still be in this match.

Strangely I actually think we've looked the better team but they've had two efforts on target and scored from both. Goal scorers win games and this is where we really screwed up in the transfer window.
