Klopp has been taking off Trent off after 65 mins, assume there is an issue there with his levels of fitness this season. Not saying that's the reason for he was unable to jog around but would help if we had fit option on RB but we don't. Even a half fit Trent is still better than Quansah on that position. Regarding Doku, it was great to see him dance around but did fck all end product. He was a very anti Pep type player. would annoy the fck out of me too. Pointless.

Do you remember the pass that led to the second goal, he gave away the ball. He did nothing to get the ball back. He fucks up and then turns into a passenger while everyone else tries to clean up his mess. This is what pisses people about him. Yes, he has things in his locker that no other players have, but to facilitate him, his team mates have to work harder. How many times do we witness him giving the ball away and Konate/Grav/salah and Dom trying to make up for his mistake by pressing the opposition and trying to get the ball off them?
It does piss me off, but objectively I suppose the best way of looking at is that we would do the same for a creative midfielder or a brilliant attacker - we've arguably done that for Mo for years (not this season though obvs). Sometimes you have to just make sacrifices and tactical adjustments to compensate for what you get the other way. And I'm one of his biggest critics, but perversely with us only really having Trent to rely on in the last few games, it's highlighted how we can make it work and still get the best out of him.
I do worry about how he will do in the final if Isak and Gordon are to team up on him, but that's for another day.
