Yeah wish he'd have fucked off.
We'll never see that amount of dollar hide again.
Hope the twat rots in the reserves for years.

He can get fucked. I hate the little bastard.

If that's Borini you're talking about,I'm not quite sure why.

He's not done anything wrong at all, so I don't understand the hate.

We signed him on whatever contract he's on - he looks like he's worked hard and hasn't whinged & moaned.

If he wants to stay and try and play his way in to the team - fair play to him.

I don't think Lambert is that much of a better option.

I fucking hate the cunt.

I never want to see him in a Liverpool shirt again.

The Times - Sunderland have withdrawn their offer of £14m for Borini, and will now pursue a loan move for the striker instead. #LFC

Shit one but I can't blame the guy for not seeing his future there. There's no chance of us seeing an offer of anywhere near that again for him.

A £2m season loan and £7m next summer wouldn't be a horrendous outcome though.

There's commitment and there's delusional.

It is. Lambert has 28 goals in the last 2 years and has created more chances than all but 4 players.
Borini has 8 goals.

I know who I want as a 3rd striker.

Things finally moving about di María: meetings (agents, clubs) will take place early nxt wk. He has chosen United

Real and United are very close in the valuation of the player. He will cost MORE THAN 60m euros, could be 70. He will wear number 7

Cristiano told di María United is the club to go. Mendes is returning to Europe from Singapur to finalise deal. All very very close.

So it's one of those irrational hatred things 🙂

Yeah - I feel the same about Enrique.

I just really resent him turning down that move.

I've wanted rid of him for over a year. I thought it'd be tough but hoped for £8m or so. Sunderland come in and offer £14m. And he has to be the one cunt to turn the fucking move down!! How long do we wait for a deal like that??!!!?!?!?!

He's got fucking zero chance here. He's not up to it. Recognise it you stupid twat and go and build a career elsewhere. Or is scoring about 3 goals for Sunderland something to boast about now?

Fuck him.

Hahahaha they really are fucking stupid.

Where the fuck does he fit into this Utd team?

Lambert turns 33 early next year.

Borrini turns 24 about a month later.

Where would you place both on the development curve.

That doesnt matter. We've got Origi coming in next year. Studge 24, Balotelli 24.
Borini isnt good enough and I'd rather have a 33 year old back up with such a young squad.

I'm not sure £12m+ is all that outrageous for an average young striker these days.

I mean Shane Long & Ross McCormick went for silly sums.

Why doesn't it matter?

If Borini - knowing the situation he's in at the club - wants to fight for it - good for him.

In 3 months time when Sturridge is injured, Baloteli huffing & Lambert plodding around to little effect - maybe he'll have a role to play.

You expect to get a World class player for 70 mill.
Di Maria isnt that good.
God I'll laugh if this is Veron mk II

He'll be off regardless of the transfer fee being off the table by Sunderland though.

Probably - but I don't get the hate and if we're going to play with 2 strikers regularly I'd keep him because 3 won't be enough and I'd probably rather Borini than adding, say, Et'o as the the 4th striker.

He isn't 'world class' but he has a great motor, scores audacious goals (another 'game winner') and will be the best midfielder there by a long shot I think. He's not worth 70 million but beggars can't be choosers ...

.... but can he play left wing back....

A bit over the top that Peter, we bought him and he wants to stay and fight for a place. He might be delusional but it's better than some attitudes we've seen. "Hate" and "cunt", really? Save that for bellends like Diouf.

No. I much prefer Diouf to Borini.

I'm not on the hate side mate. If he stays then fine but the 12 mill would have been good.

Di Maria is very good and can play in the middle as well as out wide. 70m is mental, particularly when you consider Suarez went for a similar fee but he will definitely improve Utd. Much rather he'd have gone to PSG.

Not quite sure how he doesn't suit them as some are saying.

Didn't di Maria waste more chances/crosses than anyone else in a World Cup ever (2014), I'm sure I heard it somewhere.
