C'mon there was a time when everyone here was gagging for us to sign Mata. He's more than a 'good' player'. It was a coup getting him.
Herrera - Man Utd have been chasing him forever so there must be something in him. I think he's a player with great potential. Someone that we would have gone for. But 30m is a lot.
Rojo. - I'm not impressed. He looks like he tries hard but lacks realy quality. Shaw too. If you were looking for stars of the future, fine. But not the players to save a season.
I think the biggest positive about the way we're doing transfers nowadays and the way the scum is doing them is that we're signing really good players and worrying about the consequences later which they did for a long time. Meanwhile they're like we were for years, pursuing lots of slightly above average players for a constantly changing system.
They'll change formation if they sign him
Mata is just slightly above average?? One of the leagues best midfielders in the last few seasons.
What player have you signed this window who is better than Mata?

Ross?I said slightly above average Ross. Not slightly average.
Fucking g hell, it's bad at old Trafford if they're picking their team on valencias whimsMata wasn't even trusted by Valencia in his favorite position most of the time. You'll win fuck all with him starting for you. So by all means keep playing him
#MUFC
why mufc?
Might be a case of either Lucas or Fellani.
Wellbeck's not a bad player, he could do a job as a squad player for United still, he's not the most gifted but he works his arse off and is a fairly intelligent player. Obviously there are "better" players infront of him, but they've got alot worse players.
That's dead and gone i'm afraid mate.hopefully he doesnt get in the way of borini to sunderland
That's dead and gone i'm afraid mate.
Is that for certain, what did I miss?
The Times - Sunderland have withdrawn their offer of £14m for Borini, and will now pursue a loan move for the striker instead.#LFC
