And why exactly would Eriksen want to come to us after we've just sold our best player and aren't in europe??If we sell Suarez we'll replace him with Eriksen.

He is still not a Suarez replacement type of player mate. Not even close actually. If we sell Suarez we'll replace him with Eriksen.
Roy Race is surely still available?
I would sell Suarez for 60M+ and use that money for 3 world class first team starting players.
I can only see his name mentioned 43 times?*looks into thread*
*Sees Christian Eriksen's name mentioned about 50 times again*
*can't be arsed reading the rest of the thread*
Haha...Glad to see The Mail keeping it real as always. - How about this for some fucked up reporting.

You wouldn't get 3 world class players for 60 million. "World Class" is a term that's thrown around very lightly these days. To me, the likes of Messi and Ronaldo are world class. Suarez isn't too far off the mark. Are you telling me that we could get Messi, Ronaldo and one more player for 60 million?I would sell Suarez for 60M+ and use that money for 3 world class first team starting players.
As has happened many times, he has stated that he's happy at Anfield. If he was to leave, I'd feel that 60m was a very poor valuation. He's better than Torres was, and has a fantastic attitude - no injury record, wants to play every game, outstanding attitude in training - which surely must be a great motivator to all young players (and most older players) at the club. We are very, very lucky to have him. Some of us are like the ugly bloke who married the gorgeous woman, and cannot believe that she'll stay faithful, and end up almost pushing her away. **Not that I'm suggesting Luis is gorgeous in anything other than a football sense. No ones happy, everyone here would rather keep him. However some of us would rather £60m than keeping him here against his will.
World class is used for players that can be seen as top players amongst any team in the world. You listed the two best players in the world. There's a big difference. You wouldn't get 3 world class players for 60 million. "World Class" is a term that's thrown around very lightly these days. To me, the likes of Messi and Ronaldo are world class. Suarez isn't too far off the mark. Are you telling me that we could get Messi, Ronaldo and one more player for 60 million?
I think the very fact that Suarez is right up there, is enough for me. Selling him for any money would be nothing short of idiotic. It took us fucking years to find a player of his calibre, and now people are happy to let him go for buttons?
Wise the fuck up, people.

Luis Suarez “wants to play in the Champions League and could realise staying at Liverpool is counter-productive, so Juventus have a formidable scenario,” said a FIFA agent.
Although not representing Suarez, Giovanni Branchini does work with the Uruguayan hitman’s agent Pere Guardiola, who is the brother of future Bayern Munich Coach Pep Guardiola.
“I am not Suarez’s agent, but I do collaborate with Guardiola’s brother. I can express a personal opinion on this situation,” Branchini told Tuttosport.
“Pep’s brother is his agent, but that doesn’t mean Suarez is guaranteed to join Bayern Munich. At the moment I haven’t heard of Bayern even approaching Liverpool for Suarez.”
This week the forward declared he would listen to offers from any club in the Champions League.
“He didn’t say he would certainly leave Liverpool, though, as his family is settled there. Suarez is faced with a real lifestyle choice.
“Do Juventus have what it takes to convince him? Certainly. If Suarez were to realise it is counterproductive to remain at Liverpool, outside the Champions League and away from the prospect of growth in the peak of his career, then it would be a formidable scenario for Juventus.
“Suarez needs to fully understand the appeal of the Bianconeri, what Juve have represented, do represent and will represent. Juventus are a huge club and do not need to beg anyone, as great players already dream of going there.
“If they were to knock Bayern out of the Champions League, then that could prove decisive for Suarez, who would really understand how great Juve are today.”
