I think we are forgetting that Ali Mac is very effective #6, if we need cover. He played there a lot for Brighton. Not his best spot, but I would not be worried if he spent some time there, given we have more options for the 8s. He is also more progressive than Fabs when playing there.
I mean, i wouldn't be opposed, but i'd like us to tryy and sign some good players first
