oh, you don't remember "we would have won the league if Agger started"?
No, did you want us to keep Agger?

yes I'm driven by an agenda while you are making every excuse possible to keep an inept manager. Just like you made excuses for Kenny and I don't know possibly for keeping Hodgson as well.
I reckon he's only made one big mistake since he's been here, and that's not buying a boss striker in the summer.
But it's a big enough mistake that it will probably cost him his job. It's ok being full of yourself and full of shit when you're winning. It's embarrassing when you're not.

Yep. It was funny until we started losing.
I dunno if they'll give him the money to buy a striker but they should either sack him and let someone else buy a boss striker or get one in anyway
Do you remember the whole Agger thing? Or that I wanted him to play Lucas?
I wasn't as certain about Rodgers as I am now because we were winning. But since then it's become quite obvious that it was all Suarez.
And since then we've spent over £100 million on replacements.
It was never 'all' Suarez. Even this season, against Spurs, when Sturridge was actually fit, there were still signs of continuity. Since then the wheels have fallen off the car, the steering wheel has come loose and the engine has blown up, causing people to say, 'Aha - it was only petrol that made this car so good!'
Yep, it's lazy to say it was ALL Suarez. That's just a stick to beat the manager with. It's fair to say Suarez and Sturridge papered over the cracks but the whole team functioned as a well oiled machine. We had match winners all over the pitch. Skrtel had 6 league goals. Sterling and Gerrard reached double figures in the league. We were brimming with confidence. As you said, the wheels have fallen off the car and we've retreated into a shell of a team. Suarez has the character to drag us through a rut like this but sadly he isn't here. We have to make the best out our current situation and try turn this season around. I'm not overly confident we can but we must try.
I thought everyone knew about it because I hired Mark as my promoter.
Oh well, I wanted Sakho out and Agger in for most of last season. Also regarding the whole Gerrard in DM thing, I wanted Lucas to play.
The team lacks the leadership that Suarez brought..
His presence alone lifted the whole team.. there is no player on the pitch we have that can do that... we should of addressed this in the summer when we had all this money to spend...

Hindsight is great, but you probably should have mentioned it at the time.
Now that's very true. I've never, ever, seen a Liverpool team in which so many players go for the same ball, bump into each other, confuse each other and generally look confused and bewildered and even a bit scared. I won't go on about Gerrard (again), but he was awful as captain yesterday, passing with his head down into empty spaces and then scowling at other players. He's a bit of a bully in those situations, always blaming his teammates when he should be trying to get them to show some courage and fight.
Possibly worth pointing out that Suarez hasn't scored a single fucking goal this season.
In La Liga. Scored a goal against the Cypriots in the CL

I agree Jono, Suarez was a warrior and alone could transform a team and give it belief. I really wanted to address this is the summer. Sanchez was the man I wanted. He choose Arsenal. It was tough to swallow.
