I would expect De Bruyne to take an injection for the pain, strap up his joints, and try to play. If he can give them 30mins or so before the damage becomes unbearable, it should be enough to get them through.

Spain will dominate as they do but I really don't think they're that much better man for man than the Swiss although I do see Spain nicking a 1-0 win in normal time.

Belgium and Italy both have the same form don't they? Italy no longer have the home advantage so I think they'll struggle a bit for motivation....even if KDB is out Belgium have more than enough to trouble them, will be interesting to see which side dominate the play but again I think Belgium to sneak it 2-1 in ET.
