The Egyptian King

I can say with absolute certainty that Ryan Fraser wouldn’t have made at Liverpool because he’s shite.

Shite players don’t make it at clubs that aren’t shite.

In case you hadn’t noticed, we employ people to figure out whether players are any good before we sign them… it’s not a lottery based on “well, we’ll never know if we do t try them”.

Your comparison is very bizarre - but then, it’s you, so it’s your thing.

We can have an infinity wardrobe… that’d be cool.
What a silly point of view. As you were.

yeah, first season for those reasons plus how unique to announcing himself to PL. I would never have imagined he would still be here. Fair fucks to Mo, owners and our fans for making it happen as it was the right choice. Wonder during all that, how many offers he had to leave is, would be interesting to know.

Nothing will top his first season.

He was unplayable all season long, scored way more bangers then to now and he scored all his goals when Milner was still our pen taker.
If he adds a title to his individual brilliance I think this season would top it even without the number of bangers.

Considering he isn’t a local lad or even English his loyalty has been outstanding. So many other great players in the PL era either left or only stayed because of the pull of being a local (Stevie, Carra). Torres, Suarez, Masher, Arbeloa, Coutinho, Sterling, Mane, McManaman, Owen.

Hmmm, not really in most exits. We were shit at times but they were also part of the reason in a shit season. Masher/Alonso left when we should have built on him for greener grass in 2009. Mo could have left when we finished outside of CL places too but yet chose to stay.

We weren’t shite. We were building from 2005 to 2008. We weren’t as good as we are now of course.

It certainly isn’t a picture that says - “I’m off to Saudi in 6 months!!”.

I doubt there is any fans left who would argue with him getting the same salary for another 2 years if not 3.

I’d actually give him 4, he’s worth as much off the field as he is on it and when you see how badly Utd have fallen away you see the importance of top top pros at the club even if they aren’t producing every week on the pitch. Salah will add value on the training pitch every single season he’s here for the next generation.

I just hope he stays fit and goes on to break his first seasons stats. Fitting when so many claimed he was dropping off and couldn’t have the same impact anymore without the blistering pace.

Up there with our best ever.
