I don't even think it's that, I just think he's a bit dim and out of his depth. He seems to be going for every angle possible and tripping himself up in the process. Like he's watched all these great managers, like watching Fergie being the cunt and getting away with it, and he's there thinking he can do the same, forgetting that Fergie has the records to back it up.

Fucking hell, Hodge Podge's attitude is an absolute fucking disgrace. He constantly leans on the idea that he's inherited a shite squad and that it's not his fault that his team are behind Stoke, West Brom, Blackpool etc.
