He is probably also saying these things as he gets lots and lots of tweets from people asking when he will sign/ don't go etc so that would also explain these comments. They aren't just out of the blue. Also, he probably loves having people reply to those tweet too. Who wouldn't?!

he will sign a contract - play really really well and then do a fabregas and move to real/barca for a large sum (hopefully). I don't really mind this outcome if it materialises - it means that he will be bloody good and we will earn dosh.
