He always thanks God. And Coutinho's a devout too. I'm hoping it means they'll spend less time drinking and spit-roasting drunk and vulnerable girls but I'm not entirely sure of the logic in that.

I'd rather not think about our players thanking God. Too weird for me.

Saw the Wigan keeper praying before the game last night. Then they lost anyway.

Does that mean:

a) God exists, listens but doesn't give a shit what you ask for. So there's no point praying.
b) He doesn't exist. So there's no point praying.
c) You losing is all part of God's greater plan. So there's no point praying.

Answers on a Gideon bible to the usual address.

you have to place such things in a jobian context.

I couldn't give a shit who they want to thank, it's their prerogative, as long as someone's not ramming their culture or religion down my throat or trying to make me abide by theirs while refusing to act in kind towards my own, I couldn't really give a shit. It's his and their right.

Funny that atheists think it's their right to be what they want to be, but everyone else is just weird. If people want to believe or have a faith in something that they believe gets them through their day, then there's no harm in that. And of course I'm not saying there's no harm in religion or culture, but each to their own. There's dickheads in every walk of life, believers or non-believers, that's just life.

It just occurred to me that I'm gnostic.

These little theists like Sturridge and atheists come ten a penny these days, fighting their little intellectual wars over their important opinions, I've been meaning to wipe them all out.

you simply couldn't handle dualism, dantes. you have knelt at the alter of dawkins for far too long.

I'd estimate in every 1000000000000000000000 different quantum mechanical outcomes, there is one in which Sturridge's prayer for goals is answered by God. One. What's more, there is no fundamental reason why this God would be a good one rather than a cunt.

So if he prayed his entire life, and then prayed for every day several billion years into his afterlife, he will eventually get lucky one day. But when he does, he still only has a 50% chance that this God will grant the wish, and the other 50% chance is that he will get trolled like a cunt and then have to wait another billion years. In that time he could have just asked Robbie Fowler how to score goals.

Thank you for explaining @dantes

Hardly. There is only one time I could ever consider kneeling, which would me in the quantum mechanical outcome that brought me before Zod.

Oh I see the issue after looking up gnostic on wiki. I'm not one of those. How foolish of me to assume people would leave the word gnostic reserved for such time as someone who actually knew came along. I guess that leaves me without a word now, so those cunts will get wiped out as well
