They're spot on though, he should be doing it every game, but congratulating him too when he gets it right, that's what utd have done for years & it works.

No point in focusing on the ref. FA knows what they want from refs, and I am pretty sure they get what they want also.... we will loose if focus goes in that direction... we need to step up the pace on the ball and the movement off the ball to win this one.
Overall Mason would probably contest the Worst Referee award with Atkinson IMO, but to be absolutely fair to him his peers haven't reffed our games any better so far this season.

Stoke has nullified us well, Rodgers getting owned tactically. With our defending Stoke knows they won't need many chances to score, so they will soak it up and wait for a chance. Hopefully a Stoke red soon. And we need to stop feeling sorry for ourselves, and instead try to outcunt the cunts.
I think we struggled a lot while Suso and Sterling got to grips with the size and physical strength of their fullbacks and midfielders; when we've managed to get a foothold in the last 10 to 15 minutes, it coincided with their improvement and adaptation to their ways. Will be interesting to see if the pair come out more prepared in the 2nd half.
