Hopefully Huth is out of the game and our players doesnt have to worry about stud marks from the waist up

This forum could go into a real melt down if result doesn't go our way for this game.

We have played a lot better than some of the clubs that are above us, but we haven't made it count, and hopefully this doesn't come to bite our ass...

Are there any team news yet?

I see on LiveScore.com:
line-ups :

Thomas Sørensen Simon Mignolet

Erik Pieters Glen Johnson

Marc Wilson Mamadou Sakho

Ryan Shawcross Aly Cissokho

Geoff Cameron Martin Skrtel

Glenn Whelan Steven Gerrard

Marko Arnautovic Philippe Coutinho

Steven Nzonzi Jordan Henderson

Matthew Etherington Lucas Leiva

Stephen Ireland Raheem Sterling

Peter Crouch Luis Suarez

@Kop_News_LFC: Mignolet,Johnson,Skrtel,Sakho,Cissokho,Lucas,Gerrard,Sterling,Coutinho,Hendo,Suarez. #LFC

It beggars belief why Johnson can play like utter fucking junk for months and months and get away with it. Talk about untouchable.

Good news if Walters is out. He's a massively underrated centre forward and he's always great against us.

I agree. He's actually a good player with a very good first touch and control who was turned into an ogre by Pulis.

My main worry with us is defending. Excepting for a few instances, most goals we have conceded have been gifts.

Pretty much, it's like the Evans era all over again, everytime we concede a corner or a freekick.

True, Kelly did ok last week, though it was only against Oldham (and I'm not exactly his biggest fan either!).

As I suggested before - all for dropping him if he's not fit or we have someone who could do a better job.

I'm not convinced by Kelly either. Flanagan might be worth a go when he's back - if Cissoko can continue to look something like a LB.

I don't mind Cissokho, I think he gets alot of unfair flack. He gets up and down the line well, is a strong lad and whips in a decent ball. Ok, he's a bit clumsy at times, but he's done ok. There seems to have been a Traore-esque staple that's been attached to him, quite unfairly.

Pardew is such a cunt.

Im starting to think that the player was interfering with play. The ball was heading in his direction and he move out of the way. Not sure that Hart could have saved it though.

Wrong thread?

@DaveHendrickTLW: Mignolet, Johnson-Skrtel-Kolo-Cissokho, Lucas, Gerrard-Henderson, Sterling-Suarez-Coutinho

Kolo starts, not Sakho

That's fair. No need to rush Sakho in and risk a longer lay off.
