Disappointed in Coutinho so far.He often starts slowly but he's been very ineffective for the whole half. He really needs to seek out the ball and start pulling the strings.

We're so lucky to be ahead. We need to tighten up in the second half, Coutinho has been anonymous, Flannel Again beaten too many times by Luke Shaw, Gerrard needs to track Lallana. Hopefully Sterling will come on soon, give Johnson some support, who has been good, but isolated.

We are sloppy and lightweight in midfield and being massively stretched on the flanks, im not to keen on our strikers moaning about it either. He will have to change it at half time I suspect.

Allen and Coutinho may as well be off the pitch anyway IMO.

Go 4-3-3, get more men in the middle, let the FB's go a little wider to counter their wide attackers, and bring Sterling on to scare them.

We'd be better off with Sterling's energy, Coutinho has been largely peripheral today. In fact, all 4 of our midfielders have been wank.

coutinho and allen are v. disappointing. allen too slow and coutinho losing possession. put sterling in middle for allen. more enrgy and pace.

Henderson - absolutely horrific, not offering any protection to Flanno, passing just awful.
Flanno - committing and diving in far too often. Passing very poor.
Gerrard - a passenger allowing their MF to stroll past him.
Coutinho - another passenger, totally by-passed and passing poor so far.

Our passing all over the pitch has been poor.

Rodgers needs to do something to protect our right hand side. Gerrard needs to sit 10 yds deeper. Allen has been hit and miss but twoce had his pocket picked.

We need to change things around and get back the MF otherwise this will end in tears.

I'd get him on for Allen - I actually think Coutinho offers us more defensively in the advanced midfield position.

Not sure who I'd take off. Allen has shown some nice energy, but he's just not physical or assertive enough.

Coutinho has really floated about uselessly unless he has loads of time on the ball.

Sterling needs to come off for one.

Defensively Allen offers far, far more than Coutinho. He'll harass their players all day long while Coutinho seems to do anything only on the odd occasions he feels like doing.
