Who has said this?
Some bloke in the pub last night who lives up his way in Caldy mentioned it. (he sounded very convincing, wouldn't let it drop)

Also it was in the paper last week... (about his house)

Could be bollox though

BTW my mother in law to be, was in Rafa's old house in Caldy way the other week doing a 'come dine with me' with freinds. They bought the house of Benitez's lol

Apparently they still keep in touch with the Benitez's from time to time.. so may get her to dig deep next time she see them lol...

Apparently, Rafa has sold his horses he has on the Wirral, and his house is up for sale.
Well that pretty much seals it. Haha

*Runs off to check a Juve forum to see if Rafa/Montse has been spotted looking for a house in Turin yet*

Wouldnt suprise me..

he has spent all this time rebuilding.. yet, we look further away than ever.

i felt sorry for the Fox's when Cisse left.

..It's ok, he can always take the lampshades with him 😉

Apparently Dave Bassett has been house-hunting on the Wirrall...don't shoot the messenger

Apparently the schools that his kids go to were told they wouldn't be back in September too.

I read it elsewhere last week, along with the rumour about his house (rather than his horse) being up for sale. I've no idea if it's true.

But if it is true, it's unlikely he'll be the only big name leaving the club this summer.

I doubt Torres and Gerrard will leave if Rafa quits.
Mascher and Reina are signing new contracts, so I doubt their off.

Nah, a new manager will be given at least a season by our stars I reckon.

Poor the girls and Montse.

No-one considers their pain.

If his family like it here they are all welcome to stay, including Rafa of course. Tranmere are bound to be looking for a new manager at some point.

The club masseur?

(Paul Small)

The Gerrard to Inter rumours always concerned me, especially when Jose was there.

I imagine they'd get on great as he's close to the players, similar to Houllier, and it's a guaranteed league title for him...

If Jose is off then, hmm - would he go to City?

Couldn't blame him if he did.

I wish I shared your confidence.

Anything is possible this summer. Anything at all.

Yep. Called an assembly to announce it.

I could see Stevie moving this summer to escape the pressures of Liverpool, but would doubt if he would play for another British club.

Chelsea springs to mind, mate. He isn't against it in principle.

I don't think he'll go, I really, really hope he doesn't - but I'm not 100% he'll stay either. I'm just prepared for anything this summer.

I agree with vantage to the extent that I don't believe Stevie will go to another English club. Nearly going to the Chavs ripped the heart out of the guy, and he won't have forgotten that. That was obv.due partly to the prospect of leaving Liverpool but IMO it was also due to the prospect of playing against them. IF he goes anywhere, and I still don't think he will, it'll be abroad.
