Supposedly will bid £88m (€100m) and offer a salary of £500k a week on a 4 year contract. In my view RM should bite their hands off.

Since maradonna was back over these ways and the mafia had a spike in white powder sales.

I saw this yesterday and thought, "no way" ... but there's no smoke without fire. Better he goes there than back to the Mancs as he clearly can still play at a high level.

Italy's much slower league, there have been many players in their late 30's doing well. I can't post the link but Juve had a turnover of €550m for 2016/2017 including player sales

This needs to go in the rumours thread as there's no way Juve could pay his wages even if they could afford the transfer fee.

Yes, he's certainly going to be closely looked at, given his impressive WC and also the fact that his PSG loan/ buy deal seems a a bit wobbly due to FFP.

Looks miles better than Ousmane Dembele.

Haven't PSG just signed him?

Is this the annual Ronaldo leave threat. before signing a new contract with RM. Last summer it was united, this summer its juve turn?

Supposedly not happy that his pay has been eclipsed by Griezman, Neymarr and Messi. If I was RM I would sell for anything above £70m. I hope United get him as he won't improve them.

How can a 33 year old be worth 70m? He's already had to adapt his game due to his age, there can't be more than 2 seasons in him at the top level.

Unless there's some shirt sales, marketing value shenanigans going on.

It's absolutely tied to brand value , although he will still likely score 30 odd league goals next season in a dross league like Italy

Nope, Real are after Neymar

This sounds more like it for them. Regarding Mbappé - he has all the makings of the Brazil Ronaldo, but I just checked his ganes/goal scoring record for both Monaco, and PSG this year - it ain't that impressive compared to the stats that the original Ronaldo had. I wonder if there is a decision making/consistency issue when it comes to club football and playing for a whole season. The other thing is - Neymar is a proven quantity in the Spanish league so it is a no risk big spend for Real.

Multiple papers linking Madrid with a €270m bid for Mbappe. Looks like Ronaldo may be on his way out alright.

Real Madrid have denied they have agreed a deal to sign Paris St-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe.
The Spanish club had struck a deal with the French champions according to reports which circulated on Wednesday.
"Real Madrid has not made any offers to PSG or the player and regrets the dissemination of this type of information," a club statement read.
The denial is the second of the week by Real, who refuted reports linking them with PSG's Neymar on Monday.
On Wednesday, Spanish publication AS cited tweets by a French journalist outlining a 272m Euro (£240m) transfer had been agreed for 19-year-old Mbappe.
Real Madrid's statement continued: "Given the information published in the last hours referring to an alleged agreement between Real Madrid CF and PSG for player Kylian Mbappe, Real Madrid says they are flatly false."
Mbappe joined PSG on loan in August of last year for a fee of around £166m with his move becoming permanent on 1 July.
He is currently part of the France squad at the 2018 World Cup and has three goals in the tournament as his country prepare to face Uruguay in the quarter-finals on Friday.

Neymar is 7 years older, more expensive and widely hated by most football fans. If you were building a team around a new superstar the logical choice would be Mbappe wouldnt it?

Ronaldo’s agent Jorge Mendes tonight said: If that happens it will be just a new stage and a new challenge in his brilliant career.

"If Cristiano Ronaldo leaves Real Madrid he will remain eternally grateful to the club, the president, all the management, all the medical personnel, all the officials without exception, the Adepts and all the Madridistas scattered around the world.”

Sounds like hes gone alright, I assume he will do a couple of seasons in Italy before moving to the US for a farewell paycheck.
