Here's his total for the year...Pretty poor really.

Will things get better?

Seems like we sold another player at the right time..

2 assists!
Raheem Sterling

POSITION:
Midfielder
2015 / 2016 Barclays Premier League
  • 31Games
  • 6Goals
  • 2Assists
  • 52Shots

He'll be on loan somewhere by Christmas.
Mad overrated that cunt.

It was a pity it all went sour between us and Raheem. He made his decision so fuck him but if the the Aidy Ward drama didn't exist, Sterling would probably still be one of our best players.

So many have left us - but only the ones with a strong mind and an ability to understand their worth properly in reality can go onto do well at other clubs that can offer them the guaranteed success. He was never that good to be in that team or a right fit for them - Klopp would have been better for him. Still Pep may use him better, but then this ain't no Spanish pussy league.

One dodgy season doesn't make him shit. The lad has talent and bags of it. Let's see what happens when Pep lands.

And yet it feels right that things have gone so badly for him: he was told, he'd struggle in a new team, where he didn't have the same level of weight and importance for the club. He'd also be under greater pressure. Once again the curse takes another victim..

Michael Owen, Fernando Torres, Raheem Sterling,

Now he is, but he was a farce for years.

As for Owen's league medal... do I need to say anything?

He seems to have lost his place towards end of the season... unsurprisingly I guess.

Will be interesting to see whether he gets back on track when Pep comes in. I think he'll want to use him, that is, unless he looks to buy for that position straight away.

Right, what is the deal with the whole joke about Raheem and Sterling two people thing? It started before I posted and I never bothered finding out.

Apart from being back home, playing for his boyhood club, on the verge of winning a CL medal, getting paid millions, having a daily siesta and sitting in The Lying Rag drinking Sangria ever evening ... is he really happy?

Where did it all go wrong Fernando?

Guess the grass isnt greener.........

Hope he gets dropped for the w/c, his form has been shocking.... though woy has thing about loyalty

I genuinely never give him a second's thought. But I guess that might be different if he was lighting up the pitch every time he went out there. Should have stayed longer for his own sake and if i was behind Navas in the pecking order I'd chuck it in and go work in KFC. Navas is one shit footballer.

He isn't, but he'll underachieve big style if he keeps on the way he's going.
