Mourinho use to play a 4-3-3 and it worked perfectly with his players, Rafa is just an idiot

Where Benitez went wrong is..
1. Sneijder needs to play in the Centre of midfield as thats where he is most effective from. Playing as a Left forward is a waste of his talent.
2. Zanetti is much better Full Back than Chivu, hence why mourinho only played chivu when someone was injured or suspended. Playing him in CM is just stupid.
3. Motta is essential to the squad as he can attack aswell as defend. Stankovic is more attack minded.
4. Mourinho played with 3 strikers and it made Milito more effective. Playing him as a lone striker is just retarded. He isnt quick like torres, so the 2 wider strikers are essential for him being a sucess.
5. Benitez team was way too narrow, with Mourinho he had the wide strikers of pandev and eto'o who gave them width to open up defences and destroy them on counter attacks.
Benitez got his formation and team selection wrong, like he use to at our club. So not Mourinho's faul that Benitez is clueless.
Now before anyone says well they won the Coppa Italia 3-1, go have a look at the formation and squad he played with against Roma.
