Me and a few mates got together last night (2 Liverpool fans, 2 United fans), and this came up in conversation last night.
Why don't the Premier League have an All Star Match at the beginning (To replace the Charity Shield) or at the end of the season, a North v South game, featuring the best 11, based on form over the season to play each other for charity or bragging rights etc. I bet you could sell out Wembley with a game like this, and I for one would love to see it.
So eventually we got talking teams, and who would play where, and who would manage each team, so we decided to pick from a pool of 4 teams for each region. For the North we chose from Liverpool, Everton, Man United and Man City, for the South it was Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham and Southampton.
Here are the teams, both in a 4-2-1-3 formation.
North - Manager - Louis Van Gaal

I know most of the South team is built up of Chelsea players but their dominance in the league is clear to see, and of the 4 teams, they're the best one.
So it's all up for debate but what do you think??
