Please oh please put Danns on the bench and give him some minutes…with Jota out surely he gets some minutes?

I'd start Darwin over Diaz that is for sure. Let's hope Jota being a doubt some PR because he's still recovering and they want to manage the backlash of him starting on the bench again.

Fucking hell, if Jota is out again then he can go on the exit list. He's injured so much he's had time to become the second best Fifa player in the world. Says it all.

Start Danns. It's time.

Diaz had a sore throat and didn't train yesterday. He was expected to train today.
So, might be Darwin up front.

Not that this is a must win but if we drop points again we are 100% in a slump with points dropped in 4 of our last 7 in the league and only 1 win in 5.

Brentford are strong at home with Mebuemo and Wissa.

If we don’t win i think we stop being favourites for the title. I still think we’ll get there but it would be further signs of burnout (mental and physical)

Slot said in his last press conference we're in fitter shape than we were at the start of the season.

I think it's more a case that teams have adjusted to his game, to an extent, but also the better performing players from that period, Jota, Konate, Tsimi and Ali have all been injured or returning to fitness.

I expect we are now in a position where they have all got enough minutes under their belt to return to decent form. And with Chiesa Elliott and Danns available we have even more options to turn games.

For me there's plenty of reasons to be positive, we just need that good win to get things rolling again.

Burn out after 4 months of 9 months season?
Wasn’t Slot regime supposed to bring more calm and less energy football.
I personally don’t think it’s burn out, I think we have gone back to sloppy at key moments and that seems to be with certain players doing their job.

Yep. We showed on Tuesday we aren’t burnt out because we absolutely battered Forest for the final 30. We just couldn’t get it together the first 60.

Don’t be silly, burnout wasn’t a factor last year as we didn’t have as many minutes in our legs as others. Or so some would have us believe.

I actually don’t think we are there yet but we will be very soon if Slot keeps picking his core in all games like he has mostly done. He must rotate more.

We really are kneejerk fans. Win 3-0 today and we will cost the title and all is well and it’ll be blip? What blip? Lose and the world is falling in, FSG are cunts, we don’t strengthen from a position of strength, penny pinching cunts, Slot not rotating enough, Salah having is annual post Xmas fall off, too thin a squad with not enough consistent or fit players and somehow Dann’s will continue to be the answer even though he’s played about 4 games.
