Lucas did alot of good stuff, he just doesn't seem to learn from this stupid tendency to tackle poorly in dangerous areas, two freekicks that could have cost us dearly.

Anyway, where the FUCK did the 5 minutes injury time come from?
 
Just got back home, few bevvies with FFF, ILD, Ryan and Woland. Boss day.

Lucas MOM for me but I thought the two centre halves, Johnson and Hendo were tremendous.

Coutinho was rubbish and needs to get back to basics like last season. Just seems a bit *too* confident at the minute.

Aspas was shit as well, can't wait for Suarez back!

Fucking so happy though, to be in that pub after the game with 200 LFC fans and they show the table, and we are top

We're gonna win the league......

I said that in the game mate but then worked it out. 4 subs, Johnson was down and Valencia too. 4 mins was fair. Stop moaning 🙂

RVP squaring off to all the Liverpool players, Valencia pretending he's the Ref when he got poked in the eye then instead of walking around the pitch decides to run across only to be stopped half way by the Mancs medics for treatment. All adds up to Fergie Time.

I'm not, it just seemed like Fergie time came back to haunt us again 😉 Glad you had a good day, what a way to sign off for the International break. Top of the table, adding three more players to take the tally to 8 signings. I don't think many would have complained if we'd have said a month ago that on the 1st September we'd be top, without conceding a goal and we'd have added 8 players without having to sell Suarez.

Good stuff, let's hope the transfers go through and Suarez keeps his head down.
 
Johnson left on crutches. Did his ankle and will have a scan tomorrow. Doesnt look good.
Hopefully he's back for the Swansea game
 
I got a serious boner from that game. Big time made up with the result made even better as I was watching it with a manc. Yeah there were a few poor performances but who gives a fuck we beating the cunting mancs. Skrtel was my MOTM, thought he was BOSS.
 
I know we all now this but...

David Moyes has never won a game at Old Trafford, Stamford Bridge, The Emirates or Anfield.

Not much to add in regards to how we played. Agree mostly about about Aspas and Coutinho being poor, Hendo and Sturridge and Skittles being mint. I find the Utd set up and how they played quite amusing.

First up - As soon as I saw Young's name in the line up I laughed. The guy is shite. I remember reading some pre season fan view in the paper a few weeks back and Utd fans hate him. Sure enough he gave the ball away lots (I believe he was to fault for giving away the corner that led to the goal) over hit countless crosses and corners and was a massive liability when tracking back.

They played Giggs out on the right (?????) But the fact he played at all was funny. He's so past it it's unreal. Then they replaced him with Nani who looked like he was drunk for the first 10 mins he was on the pitch. Why they didn't bring Kagawa on is beyond me. The real filling to Utd's shit sandwich is their utterly turgid midfield though. Cleverley? LOL I really hope they persevere with him. Who else have they got?.... Anderson (Arf) Giggs (Old) Carrick plays effectively I suppose but he is not exactly creative. I'll admit Valencia did ok when he came on as an emergency right back though. I know it's stating the bleeding obvious but they are fucked if they don't get a decent creative midfielder in - It looks like that might be Fellaini but to me he's not the answer to what they need.

All in all while I'm delighted with the 3 points I'm also dancing a jig at what appears to be some serious problems at the house of scum. Long may it continue! 🙂
 
The key thing is that we're not playing brilliantly, but we're winning games.

We can improve, we've got good players to come in and improve the team.
