Did ye see Benteke knocking Klopp's glasses? Classic Benteke, hands were even offside.

Said this in the match thread: Klopp should just get rid of or at least relegate all the starting CBs of these last 3 or 4 seasons, like he did in his first season at Dortmund.

Toure is definitely going, but I won't shed a tear if two out of Skrtel, Sakho and Lovren are gone next season while the remaining guy is on the bench. Maybe Skrtel can be retained for his veteran experience (read: we need a relegation-threatened club who wants an experienced CB on high weekly wages) and his lowest goofiness-to-goal ratio.

Lallana contributes more to our build-up play than he tends to get credit for (especially on here), though that's partly his own fault because of the poor choices he still makes too often when he himself is at the sharp end of an attacking move.

It's fairly obvious that's going to happen. A loan move for Caulker and saying he has cash but it's not Disneyland suggests he's abiding his time. The players have the rest of the season to prove they're not on the way out.

Shades of Suarez in Firmino. The calmness of that finish for the second goal was a thing of beauty.

I think the insanity is probably covered off better in the match thread. Neither team have very good defenders or goalkeepers, so it was no shock that there was plenty of goals. But it was superbly entertaining for lots of the right and wrong reasons.

Mignolet (5) given no help whatsoever by a chaotic defence, but saved nothing and conceded 4.

Sakho (3) Yawn. Another cult favourite with many fans. And another who is simp,y fucking rubbish. Terrible in the air and looks like a disaster in waiting. We don't usually have to wait long.

Toure (5) he was average individually, but he shouldn't be on the pitch really, and it's awful to think he's one of our better defenders at the moment.

Clyne (6) industrious as ever, deserves better around him

Moreno (3) retarded penalty and some challenges that bordered on dangerously stupid

Lucas (6) made some decent challenges, and also tried to be more adventurous in his passing, but he's too easily bypassed in the Premiership and shouldn't be in the starting XI

Henderson (6) still doesn't look fit to me, seemed rather tentative at times, but took his goal nicely before going off

Can (5) he was always involved, but he was careless in possession at times and overall it was ordinary

Ibe (6) surprised he came off, as he did pretty well and was a threat from out wide

Milner (6) nice goal and some nice passing and use of the ball, versatility was a bonus

Firmino (8) two goals and a pleasing, hardworking display

Subs: Lallana (8) transformed the game with his movement and running, the cross for the Firmino goal was decent, and his mishit winner was very deserved.

Sakho just isn't good enough. I was willing to give him time when he joined, despite recognising pretty much everything most of you are complaining about.
He hasn't progressed at all it seems. I say cut lose. I'm done.

He's always had a weakness in the air but was very decent when Klopp first arrived. Since coming back from injury though, he's been terrible.

Sakho is not fully fit, and needs a rest. Klopp bought in Caulker, he should use him in defense.

I think we will continually leak in goals until we get a proper DM.

Lallana is best as a sub i reckon. Doesn't do enough to warrant starting games as his end product is minimal.

Haha hahahaha haha. What a game. Both teams might as well not have any defenders. But yay. A win at last.

By the way, wasn't it claimed by someone here that Firmino was in the Brazil squad because he (or his agent) bribed the Brazilian FA? Things people come up with sometimes.

I'd keep Moreno as a winger. The rest can fcuk off.
