One of my favourite moments was their fans taking advantage of the brief lull in singing whilst we all relaxed & enjoyed the team taking the piss to start singing about the lack of atmosphere, & the entire rest of the ground, 30,000 plus people, just laughed in unison at them in reply, & they just went completely silent.

Brilliant.

I'm going to watch the game again, but on the telly the atmosphere seemed terrible considering we'd just tonked them 4-0. It seemed to go dead from when Sturridge missed the penalty. Like I said, maybe that's just how it came across on TV.

But Raheem... he's a proper footy player now.

Not only boss going forward, as soon as Flan was out of position he was right behind him covering. Ace to see.

He no longer looks an old kid on the pitch but much more so a young man.

Am very impressed with his progress of late and especially his tracking back as you say impressed last night and actually his first touch too. Some nice difficult turns in tight situations. Still room for improvement, but really starts to come of age.

He's growing up fast. He gave Moses a proper death stare when he went for a near-post shot when Sterling had peeled off to back post (cleverly).

I love watching the three of them run at defenders and cross over their runs etc. Defences have no idea how to handle it.

Yep, Sterling has been a revelation this season, he's going to have a great world cup too I feel.

Did you see Suarez rightly give an almighty bollocking to Cissohko after another dreadful pass. I missed it last night but watching it again today Suarez for long periods in the first half was operating on left and had to practically hand hold Cissokho through it. He really was that awful. Suarez of course is immense!

What a racist fuck.

Sterling was brilliant at the back when covering. He turned them inside out then cleared the danger time & again.

The effort he, stevie & Henderson put in was phenomenal.

Just watched it again. I was wrong, the atmosphere was amazing. It did noticeably drop off after the penalty miss, but it was still quite something

My blue nose mate in work went the game. Apparently there were only 2 (TWO) turnstiles on to let the 2700 Everton fans in. As well as this, the police and stewards were stop searching each fan looking for flares and pyros.

My mate got to the ground at 19.35 and didn't get to his seat until 20.15 due to the queues and crush.

He's a legit evertonian and not bitter at all, he said to me today it was a disgrace, huge crushes and police horses herding them about like cattle. Apparently a 10 year old lad (with his father) was trod on by a police horse and suffered a broken toe.

Everton will be complaining about it no doubt. Sounds like we could have some explaining to do.

If there were only two turnstiles on then it's a fucking joke. We should know better.

Jesus. Fucking shambles if we've done that.

There's over cautious and there's fucking idiocy.

They were warned/advised to get to the ground well before kick off though so they can't put all the blame on LFC.

Also maybe if they stopped(not just their fans) bringing flares and/or smoke bombs into Football Stadiums, their wouldn't be any need for all the searches.

Cry me a river.
