Well, actually it does matter. We are going to play with one, if he's the best, the he needs to play. The problem is not having a better one than him.

We don't really have an alternative, let alone someone better. There are a number of players who can play there (sort of) but none are actually defensive midfielders as such. Not yet (in Can's case) anyway.

Well, Klopp seemed to prefer Hendo and Can together in a 4-2-3-1, so then no we dont need to play with one.

Yes, he's played other people at times.

But with the squad the way it is, he will continue to play games, and we need him to. Until we buy a better DM than him. The issue is down to Rodgers, and those before him, not buying a better DM than him, I think Klopp will do that though.
