West Ham v Spurs
Personally I am hoping that Spurs win so they are still well up for the game against Man U next week.
And Swansea drop points so that West Ham are safe by the time we play them.
🙂

Free kick and a possible red card for the tackle from Lloris? Looked like the ref bottled it and then gave nothing.

0-0 HT

I have a feeling we're going to struggle mightily against this West Ham team away. Can easily see us losing.

Aldreweireld almost gifts a goal to Calleri, Lloris with a magnificent save to keep Spurs' hopes alive. Spurs have not been at their best, but full credic to West Ham, they look inspired, with Lanzini in particularly impressive form.

Thought the same. They'll probably be safe from relegation at that time though. Which could count for something.

Lanzini reminds me a bit of Coutinho. Quite similar in playing style. I like him (please dont score next weekend)

Hahahaha.

Gotta love spurs. Would have been even nicer had that last chance gone in for West Ham, but fuck me it's sweet watching them bottle it again.

So absolutely any chance of them recreating their heroics of last year and finishing third?

I can't really see them losing against united, Leicester and Hull but I'd never have thought Arsenal would've caught them last season.

Lovely watching Spurs implode and bottle it.
They'll be fired up to beat Utd regardless. Hopefully.

West Ham have secured their place in the League now and the feeling in the stadium sounded like they'd won a cup final.

They'll hopefully go into holiday mode before next weekend.

Ah well, hopefully West Ham are on the beach by next week's game.
I fully expect Man U to beat Spurs now.

Alan Pardew looks like he is talking about the game and thinking about porking Rachel Riley

Even if Chelsea have won the league by the time Spurs play Utd, you'd think they'll be well up for it given its the last game ever at WHL. That and the fact that they'll play without any pressure and are excellent at home makes me believe they'll still beat Utd.

You're talking about a team which, given a chance to finish above their bitter rivals for the first time in like 20 years and needing only a point against a relegated Newcastle side on the final day of the league, managed to lose 5-1.

Still, hopefully Boro take a point against Chelsea, so Spurs remain teased and will have better reason to play against United, rather than just sense of pride and occasion, which I suspect they are in short supply of.

Do you remember Gerrard's last game at LFC? This is how I think Spurs will perform in their "last ever game at WHL." Let's hope United are out of the running for 4th by that point, so the game is a low-energy 0:0 draw.

Could be, I'm just hoping it turns out that way.
If Utd dont win against Arsenal, a lot of their focus might be on a possible EL final. They've also played a game on Thursday with the return leg.
Fingers crossed.

I know, but I'm guessing Pocchettino will be using that 5-1 game in team meetings these next few days.
If they implode in the next few games, it wont look good for him or them. That, a long with the last game on WHL Should be motivation enough.

Chelsea will beat Boro, but maybe WBA can get a point next Friday.

Why couldn't Palace have been so shit two weeks ago 😡
Man City one nil up already

Wouldn't write Palace off. They've done well against big sides this year. City are looking good though. They stretch the pitch so well with Sterling and Sane, and Silvas been class. It's amazing they've been so shit this year given their squad. Doesn't reflect well on Pep.

City look good, but also look vulnerable, can't see Palace getting anything unfortunately.

It actually remind me a little of our game v Palace.
We were the better team but couldn't make it count.
A Palace goal could make things interesting
