Difficult to pick out anyone who played well today out of that lot. God knows what was wrong with them. Poor everywhere, 1 shot on goal, pressing didn't seem to be there. And it wasn't because newcastle were great because they were fucking dire too.

Clyne and Moreno were good, everyone else around them was awful. I think the worst of the bunch has to be Sturridges cameo, jesus wept.
 
We gave it to the cunts without much effort.
Horrific performance from the front 6.
They were shit Wijnaldum and Anita aside but they just about deserved it.
Hopefully Klopp won't let it happen again but this group of players don't mind losing which is a massive problem.

Yep, he got it very wrong, unfortunately this team needs either Coutinho or Lallana.
 
That was utter gash. Ibe drove me nuts...loads of possession and did absolutely fuck all with it. Only ones to emerge with any credit were Origi and Lallana.
 
Time to say a few things that some people will agree with, and some won't:

  • Milner has been average (and that's being generous) for most of the season. He's poor on the ball, takes an average corner and his passing has been well below the level we expect from him. I don't think he should be starting - he's a sub at best on current form. Drop him, please.
  • Benteke should not have started this game - Firmino up front works better.
  • Ibe has very low game intelligence it seems ... so many times he Lallanas the ball instead of moving it quickly. He's an importnat outlet for us due to his speed but he's GOT to improve his ability to release the ball earlier.
Unlucky for Moreno - class finish.

Did the 2nd goal look offside to anyone?

It was a shit decision not to play him.

And Klopp needs to fucking cut out the Benitez shit toot sweet.
Play your best players and dont be a fucking smart arse.

At least he was trying stuff and causing defenders problems unlike Benteke who just was strolling around.
 
Awful performance. Not much to say.
Klopp got it wrong and the ones who started let him down.
Lucas and Allen should never play together again. I'll be disapointed if Klopp starts them in the future.

There will be hick ups along the way. Thats normal, both for the team and Klopp.

Shame the linesman robbed us of an udeserved point. Ah well, onwards and upwards.
WBA will be much of the same. Need Coutinho back.

Agree with all of the above

I thought the same on the second goal at first viewing but NBC never showed a good camera angle on replay to confirm.

Was made for Mama Sakho and Ings aswell.
Should have played them along with Coutinho.............
 
Ibe was the worst. He had all of the ball, bit did nothing with it. He was the man who should have.
He did nothing but try to beat men all game.

Everyone was shit but he was the man who had the opportunities and wasted them.
Fuck his decisions. Fuck them in the ass.
