Still annoys me that Baros hauled Xabi to the floor after the equaliser in Istanbul. Let him run free!

.

@Silver Sean has been listening to Talk Sport..

I agree though on the Xabi one.. defo should have let him run...

Presumptuous. Maybe Baros knew something we didn't. Maybe Alonso had let it be known before the game that, if he scored, he'd run off and celebrate at the corner flag like he saw 'that Lee Sharp guy do'. Did that ever occur to you? No! But Baros gets berated for saving us from that!!

Baros appeared to what looked liked clothes line him..

Every time I look at that celebration.. I think that gormless twit could of caused him an injury there..

I find myself agreeing with Sean and RedNinja...it'll pass. Baros ruined a beautiful moment there. Missing the pen and scoring the rebound summed up the entire final for us and Alonso should have been allowed to complete his performance.

Lovren curtailing everytime we score. Does that count? He should realise he's shite and act a bit more frustrated about it.

Sterling and that hand over his face thing. WTF is that even about? Fucking wee ungrateful scrote thinks he's a superstar? Not with that piss poor celebration sonny.

I know. Maybe it's a reference to John Updike's famous phrase about fame being 'a mask that eats into the face'.
