FACT: Lucas is not good enough for Liverpool!

We all agree on that. However, he is not the worst player week in and out. Konchesky has been but gets a pass on his performances, not to mention Carra. Neither are widely ridiculed.

If we gonna call players out for poor performances then let's judge them accordingly because you're only as good as your last game.

Let's be impartial when calling a spade, a spade!

Carra hasn't been among the worst week in week out, and it's not unreasonable to treat him more kindly when he is, because with him it's an exception.

Had the honor of partnering Ramires in Premiership's worst Brazilian XI selection by Daily Mirror.

Lucas Leiva (Liverpool 2007-present, Brazil caps 7)

Zico, Falcao, Romario, Kaka, Tevez. All previous winners of Brazil's player of the year award and all vastly better than the bewildering Rafa Benitez signingwho managed to take home the gong in 2006. A year later, he was arriving at Liverpool for £6m and quickly being dubbed "the only Brazilian who can't play football" and 'Lord Lucas' - for his habit of disappearing for 90 minutes every weekend. Thrown into the deep end by Rafa Benitez after Xabi Alonso's departure, he proved a woefully inadequate replacement - languid, easily knocked off the ball, an inaccurate passer and prone to errors. Yet he continued to impress when played in advanced positions for Brazil and had looked better for his club this season under Roy Hodgson until his dismissal in the gruesome defeat to Stoke on Saturday.

He's not an inaccurate passer.

He maybe shit, but the author is clearly knows fuck all.

Lucas Leiva believes he is finally winning over his Liverpool critics.

But the Brazilian midfielder admits he may never turn them all around.

“I’m trying to be positive,†says Leiva, 23. “Everyone knows I had a really bad time here, but I’m working hard and I’m improving. I’m getting older and gaining more experience.

“I’m pleased with my form. Am I appreciated more? By the media, I don’t know. But by the fans, definitely. “When you are doing well, everyone can seeâ€
