Bravo old man. Bravo.

I don't know what Benitez said at halftime, but they deserved a point after looking doomed after the first 45 minutes. Klopp has work to do here, as we are one of the worst offenders in the league for dropping points after taking the lead. Defensively poor, and too many players who obviously aren't good enough.

Very disappointing indeed, not helped by the literal dopey twat Sakho being suspended.

Mignolet (4) As predicted, the next Mignolet spaz-out was just around the corner. Hapless at times, and when he's in goal, the opposition will always fancy it.

Randall (5) Mediocre. Being kind.

Toure (4) Fat, slow, old, past it. Goodbye.

Lovren (5) Poor clearing header allowed the shot, and never looked anything like his recent self.

Moreno (7) Super attacking play, and created a series of chances

Stewart (3) Shite. Ponderous, can't pass, no influence. How the fuck he got a new contract is a mystery, but he can't start any more games for Liverpool.

Allen (6) Good first half, very involved and controlled the game. Unsurprisingly he couldn't maintain that and was ovverrun in the second half. That's why he isn't and shouldn't ever be a starting player.

Milner (6) More creativity and tried his best to stem the second half flow, as Milner and the execrable Stewart wilted

Lallana (7) Always involved, should have scored more, but his goal was a thing of beauty.

Firmino (4) Chugged slowly around the place and did fuck all, yet again. Needs dropping.

Sturridge (7) Sparkling attacking display, scored a beauty and should have had a penalty. Great to have him back.

Subs:

Lucas (5) Not bothered that he didn't start, but average as he is, he's probably better than the hapless Stewart. Didn't do much when he came on, admittedly.

Firmino is never going to get better than 1 great game in about 5 that knobheads never stop going on about. He's shite.

He was great in January! He got Player of the month! And scored half of his paltry total in that four week period.

Shame he's been fucking dogshit since then

This team can't, habitually, close a game out. Great at chasing the game so, although great, the win over Dortmund wasn't too surprising and great at winning the first half but they lose concentration (a frequent thing from our keeper) and they don't step it back up until we're either drawing or losing.

Disappointing but this team doesn't deserve to be in the top 4 and at this rate in Europe next season unless we win the EL.

We should have had them dead and buried before half-time. We then came out in the 2nd thinking the job was done and I still can't believe we let that shite team score twice. I'm simply furious that we let a chance to go within 2 pts of United slip through our fingers somehow because despite what Brendan thinks they absolutely didn't deserve anything at all, we should have had a hatful.

Mignolet (3) FFS virtually nothing to do all match but the 2-3 times he was called upon he was shite.

Randall (2) Not surprised Brendan forgot him. I didn't understand for one moment the praise for him some were dishing out at HT and in the 2nd he was simply awful. He has zero attacking nouse that is compounded by his almost total lack of technical ability and defensive acumen. He is nowhere near good enough to even be a squad player and why Flanno didn't start is a conundrum Klopp needs to answer. We wouldn't have drawn that match had Flanno started.

Toure (6) Did well enough for most of the match.

Lovren (5) Agree that he didn't look anything like his recent self.

Moreno (7) You can see why Klopp wants him in the team when we are on the front foot.

Stewart (5) Totally lacking in influence.

Allen (6) Better first half than second but like the rest of the team seemed to think 'job-done' at HT.

Milner (6) Action man. You know what you're getting. His crossing is really perplexing, from the sublime to the ridiculous.

Lallana (7) Great goal but could have done better at times.

Firmino (6) Some sublime touches and intricate passing to get us into attacking situations but still not back to his best after the injury.

Sturridge (7) Deffo a penalty. Superbly taken goal. Just edges MoM.

Subs:
Coutinho (4) So fucking frustrating when he plays like that. 3-4 chips over the top to no-one when we were in promising attacks. Awful shot that was missing the goal when teed up for him.
Lucas (5) Yawn.
Ojo (6) He would have been scored higher if he had started. He's a player. Pity he only got 10 mins because he looked like he could have made a difference.

I'm surprised you guys score Mignolet higher than the youngsters. Yes, Randall and Stewart didn't impress, but surely Mignolet deserved worse because his fuck up directly contributed to a goal and started our yellow collapse?

Hahaha! Those comments about Firmino just highlights the impatience our players deal with.
Great in January? He was fucking bossing it until his injury.
Shock that a player needs time get his match fitness back again after injury.
He wasnt that bad either.

Ming was horrendous. Desperatly need a new GK.

Shocking stats;
Mignolet has now made the most critical errors in the PL this season (6)
Also made the joint most since the beginning of the last season

He was hardly in the game whereas they were involved for all 90 mins. Randall especially - I thought he scrapped a 5 in the first half but was partly to blame for both goals. No wonder he was hooked. I've deducted another one from both Mignolet's and Randall's marks though. Useless cunts.

Stewart will be 23 in 5 months. Hardly a youngster. Just rubbish. Randall is also achingly average. Almost zero technique. Neither belong anywhere near a Liverpool team.

I was quite impressed with Stewart before his injury. Hopefully he'll get going again but it looks like he's just to limited to be a part of the first team.
Randall is also not good enough in the long run.

Ojo is a player though. He can be great.

To not beat either Newcastle or Sunderland at home after leading 2-0 normally means a lot of players have to be shit. But Mignolet is so shit he can be shit for everyone. So fucking shit. So fucking terribly fucking shit.

Mignolet is such a fucking dickhead. We've thrown away 2-0 leads at home to 2 of the worst 4 teams in the division because he is terrible.

I blame Klopp more than Mignolet.

Mignolet hasn't been good enough but it is up to the manager to drop him.

Yeah I still don't get the point of Firmino. Such a lot of money that could have been put to so many really urgent uses.

And we get what we deserve for still having Mignolet in goal. Total negligence not to have addressed that problem by now.

Firmino is far to inconsistent for my liking. The ability is definitely there, but just like my "pet hate" Lallana he just doesn't show up for us enough.
This is usually the part when I say something like, "with a decent pre season bla bla bla", but this summer is going to be quite hectic for some of our players with the Olympics, Copa America Centenario and of course the Euro's.

Mign with another horrible mistake - I sincerely hope he's not our starting keeper next year. Everything in that game was going fine - until one error, and Newcastle believe.

Though Lovren was very solid.

Allen needs to take the chances he gets to game after game ... He reads the game so well.

Firmino - He is far too lackadaisical on the pitch - loses the ball too easily. I sincerely hope it's due to lack of fitness etc but he really has to be smarter with the ball.

Lallana - great goal, but he's another wasteful player.

Studge - great goal. Seems like he's really finding his feet now.

Milner - another solid performance.

Lucas (just for Modo) - his touch today was very off, which is never the case. He also looks heavy ... I do wonder if he's not really fit (which is what I'm wondering about far too many of our players recently!!!)

Didn't see it yet but I've read that Mig cost us points yet again, in a way it's a bonus, we were massively unlikely to finish in the top four due to his long lasting shitness so... The fact he has had a few non shit games in a row might have left Klopp with the wrong idea about him. I'm certain he's fucking garbage... Hopefully he plays brilliant if required to do so in our remaining Euro games and then some statistics chief point out the loads of league points he's cost us when the transfer window reopens.

As for giving Rafa a useful point... Ah well... I still love Rafa... Hate the Geordies but...

We weren't gonna make fourth because of Mig anyway so...

Lol at the Lucas bit.
Come on, you neglect the fact the he broke up play like 4-5 times and made some interceptions.
There was like one instance when miscontrolled the ball, before that he made a few decent passes, especially the one to Firmy.
The guy is important to our midfield now that Can is out.
Like I said before, we would have probably won if he started. Quite sure of it to be honest. He came on and instantly helped us control the midfield.

He was very poor on the ball ... 1 or 2 of his interceptions were because of his poor passes. He looks heavy - heck, in the derby, he was 'fucked' (to quote him) in a game where our team was attacking 99% of the time ... I hope he's fresh enough for Thursday, but most of my optimism is drained 🙁 Hoping for a 1-1 ...

I don't know if we'd have won with him playing 90 minutes - we should have won without him playing 90 minutes, and that's nothing against him - just against two more points dropped ... We're top 2 in that category with Everton (I do wonder if most of those points are with Klopp in charge!).
