Staying in a rather nice hotel for a couple of nights, but since this kicks off at 03.45 here, and the wife is sleeping, I have thrown some pillows into the bath and am going to watch this on the bathroom TV (assuming it is even on the box) ! Come on Liverpool please let it be worth it !

Actually he has only scored 5 PL goals (23rd in the league) and has the worst goals to chances and shots record in the PL too. He also needs to do more IMO.

I find it amazing how Newcastle just boo any ex player.

Didn't Carroll publicly state he didn't want to leave but it was out of his hands? So why boo him?
 
Some decent play to start, nice ball over the top by Henderson finds Bellamy in space, but a touch offside

Then Agger intercepts the ball and goes on a nice run before setting Bellamy down the left wing
 
Henderson playing AM, Bellamy out left, Downing on the right. Adam and Spearing holding.
 
Agger breaks again, takes a stupid shot that goes wide.

That's part of the reason our chance conversion thing is shit, too many hopeless long shots
