Liverpool related transfer speculation

We're not signing Udogie. Hato is the most likely signing at left back I imagine. If not him then possibly Kerkez.

@Modo We're linked with Hugo Larsson. Any good? Looks like he's having a very good season for Frankfurt. Can play as a 6 and 8. 20 years old and 6'2.
Hugo Larsson is meh, feigned injury because he didn't get to start for the national team. Tomasson doesn't rate him.
He's a typical workhorse midfielder. Decent squad player at most.

we are also linked with Girona LB Miguel Gutiérrez

Since the Forest home game on 14th September we’ve had something like one midweek off and a postponed derby.
International breaks and cup games (including the CL) where we could essentially rest our best players means we’ve had plenty of stretches where we haven’t gone 5 games in 2 weeks with must win games in all with all our best players needing to play.
It’s a crazy run and nothing like the majority of the season so far.

Our best players tend to play during international breaks

Not always and not full matches as some internationals are friendlies and the intensity at that level is miles away from the EPL.

Playing San Marino or Congo is nowhere near playing Villa or Bournemouth.

It's also different training techniques and pressures from different coaches and fitness teams. Gomez always got injured when selected for England specifically because they didn't follow our training regiment.

A majority of the season is a football match every 4 days

That’s a stretch regarding Gomez and one swallow doesn’t make a summer.

But even if the maths is right a game every four days if significantly different to one every three days. That cumulative extra days rest is huge.

I played the dog in a theatrical rendition of the song when I was 7. I had a crush on the girl who was keen on the canine purchase and loved every second of pawing, panting and drooling at her in front of everyone.

The upside of colonialism.

Not sure what colonialism has to do with that, unless I missed something… roleplay and bestiality maybe?

Can see us selling 2 out of 3 from Diaz, Jota and Darwin.

If its even possible, Isak.
It probably isnt so Ekitike and De Ketelare

I don’t think it’s a risk to overhaul the attack. We’ve been making do in recent years largely because Salah continues to put up numbers and Nunez aside, the others have had enough purple patches between them.

We won’t miss Nunez. Jota can’t stay fit. Diaz is hitting the 2 years left on contract mark and seems to have designs on a move away… though there doesn’t seem to be an obvious destination for him.

Harry Kane could leave Bayern this summer for about £40m-50m, he would be 32. Proven goal scorer, and considering players can easily play into their late 30s, is he someone you would consider? The only off-putting for me is his wages but I would

I would rather chop off my knob and feed it to the squirrels that frequent my garden.

Liverpool are understood to be closely monitoring Feyenoord and Slovakia defender David Hancko, 27, as a potential transfer target for the summer. (Caughtoffside)

Netherlands midfielder Frenkie de Jong, 27, has been told Barcelona will not stand in his way of making a summer move to Liverpool. (El Nacional - in Spanish)

If Kane somehow manages not to win a trophy yet again this season at Bayern, I'd feel too conflicted about helping him bring an end to that drought.

No for me.
