Liverpool are chasing Valencia whizkid Paco Alcacer.
Superdeporte says with Rodolfo Borrell working at the academy, Liverpool remain keen on the Spanish youth transfer market.
Top of their summer shopping list is Alcacer, who was scouted by Liverpool reps at a recent U18 international for Spain.
A striker, Alcacer made his first team debut earlier this season in the Copa del Rey tie against Logrones.

On the back of a fantastic U-17 European Championship campaign with Spain, the teenager is now in demand across Europe.
At the age of 11, Alcacer had the opportunity to join illustrious giants Real Madrid , but opted to stay with his family in a town called Torrent in the province of Valencia, and eventually chose to play for Los Che.
Even at a young age, Paco shone in Valencia's youth set-up and was highlighted as one of the club's most interesting players to watch.
However, the international stage is where Paco has really excelled and made a name for himself. He netted eight goals in six games to help the young Spain team easily qualify to the 2009/2010 U-17 European Championships in Liechtenstein, and continued in the same vein with a goal against France and a hat-trick versus Switzerland in the first two matches.
The number 9 went on to score an astonishing 14 goals in 11 games in the competition, steering Spain to the Final and picking up the tournament's top goal-scorer award, even as his side were defeated by England in the deciding match.
These performances have quickly drawn the attention of a string of European giants from the English Premier League, Spanish La Liga and Italian Serie A, while the Spanish media has been waxing lyrical about the young prodigy and consider him to be one of the national team's stars of the future.
And it's easy to see why. Paco 's style of play is eye-catchingly similar to that of former Valencia ace David Villa, who made the move to Barcelona over the summer after helping Spain win World Cup 2010.
Paco's excellent off-the-ball movement and positioning are the main ingredients behind his prolific tally. He is an opportunistic goal-poacher who is calm and composed when faced with a chance, but also boasts the technical ability, vision and creativity required to carve out scoring opportunities on his own.
But despite the comparisons to Villa, the talented striker looks to Roberto Soldado and Juan Mata as two influential Valencia players that he hopes to emulate, while he identifies Lionel Messi as the best player in the world.
Paco has not yet featured for the senior Valencia team in the league, and has been plying his trade for the reserve side in the Segunda B league (third division). In light of the teen's exploits in a Spain shirt last year, manager Unai Emery now regards him as a more serious option to make the step-up.
Despite not yet turning 18, Paco has already shown enough promise to warrant playing time in a demanding league, which will surely aid his development with a view to becoming a world-class striker in the coming years.
