After watching this video it is painfully obvious just how very unlucky he was last season at times.



I have to say after watching that I certainly don't want him to leave.

You have to admit many of those saves were top drawer stuff though.

Some were good saves other's looked like good saves but the attempt was so slow the keeper made it there.

It's not only Andy Carroll who was guilty of that last year though

I meant the whole team couldn't see the vid up top to be honest (work). I am his biggest critic but Its a bit unfair on Carroll to be honest he needed to be in the team but was being dropped when he would put a performance in so couldn't really get going.

He was unlucky. At times particularly towards the end of the season he looked every bit the player he was at Newcastle.

In regards to Downing - Me and Fabio were bantering about this earlier but I'm convinced He will have a much better impact next season. He really didn't play that bad....
