I'm probably the only person who thinks this....

Bring in a new line like in Subbuteo just in front of the 18 yard and make that the offside line

I don't think Suso , Shelvey or Sterling will be half as good as people think /hope .

I wouldn't be surprised if Borini is sold (probably loaned knowing us) after two seasons here . He'll be here next season but used less and less and sold that summer .

I've never understood why lucas podolski is so highly rated , he's gash as far as i'm concerned .

As i said in the main cup chat , i'd have no problems giving the 4th champs league spot to the FA Cup winners . See if all our shite start the game then .

Only Champions and Champions the year before to the Champions League
2nd, 3rd, 4th to UEFA Cup to bring back some glamour. UEFA Cup winner take part in Champions' League next season
Cup Winners to the Cup Winners' Cup. CWC Cup winner take part in Champions' League next season
Scrap the League Cup

The big circle in The middle of a football pitch is a complete waste of somebodys time, hardly ever used.
There is a minimum of two kick offs every match, while the regularity of penalties is considerably less (discounting the obvious outlier of those in favour of Scum at Old Toilet), so the arc at the edge of the penalty area is an even bigger waste of time

No No No.
Im not saying scrap friendlys chaps, Im saying teams would be forced to compete in friendlies to push their rankings up.
My original idea was that we should scrap all midseason Internationals, then between May and June international teams are allowed to play as few or as many friendlies as they like but obviously they have to try to get into the top 32 at the end of each middle summer in order to qualify for the bi-annual tournaments.

It would mean less games in a season and no more boring summers.
Teams would want to play better teams too.
Ive long thought this would be a great re-vamp of international games.

International football would become like boxing then, you'd pick and choose lots of easy matches

You could do that, or you could just let the organisations put you into groups, to save it turning into boxing as Ross says. And play the groups in the down time between the domestic games. Would make things a bit simpler.

And the corners could easily be done with a straight line. So basically all curvy bits on a football are a waste of time and a pain in the arse to do!

Walters who plays for Stoke, much underrated player. Not good enough for a top club but he's got great technique and plays the battering ram role well, better than Andy fucking Carroll anyway. I said before the Stoke game he'd be big threat to us, he always does well against us. I'm surprised someone like Everton haven't been in for him, he'd suit them to a tee.

Why would lesser teams agree to play top teams?
There would have to be some kind of grading involved i guess.

Make the world cup a knock out competition from the very start and have the last 32 matches as the tournament.

Whoever gets knocked out early can stage their own wee mini tournaments or whatever.

So who do you play in a cup final when every player in your squad is fit?

Depends on who's on form, who you're playing against, where you're playing, who performs better in big games etc. If you had every player fit and were playing Stoke away midweek in mid January, it would be a different best XI.

There is such a thing as a best eleven, its fairly self evident. It's like saying there's no best team in the league. The problem with the best 11 it's impossible to judge what it is.

Ironically enough the big lug is a bluenose.

It's not the same thing though, the best team is the one that performs best over a season, rarely will it be the same XI. United are good examples of that, rarely putting out the same team.

If you had a best XI, it may have a worse chance of winning a match, than another XI that you can put together, that's the point.
