I'm in.
I have not seen a single good thing from his management to give me hope that this can change.
I'm convinced we will finish in the bottom half of the table if he continues as manager till end of the season.

I have lost all faith in him, and want him out before he does more damage. His gameplans sucks. SUCKS.

In all his travels and vast experience, his tactics are amateurish to say the least. He hasn't a clue in terms of changing tactics when things don't go according to plan.

the difference to our shape, mometum improved exponentially when he was fucked off. and how many times did s'land get at our goal with no defensive midfielder on the pitch?

Yep. We aren't going to find any manager who will do anything overnight, let alone a good one. We need to either get Kenny in, or my preference is someone like Simon Grayson at Leeds. A young, hungry manager full of ideas could be exactly what we need. Keep Roy until Christmas at least anyway.
