I genuinely dont see him becoming a world class player. I could be totally wrong of course, but I think hes one dimensional and a bad hammie away from being mediocre.

In a hypothetical scenario, yeah, obviously. We spend 20 million on unknown talents like Markovic so I'm sure it'd make hypothetical sense to pay 22 million for Raheem Sterling.

Definitely. He was an absolute asshole at the way he left. Maybe a bit overhyped but he is a very very good player. I think Klopp would have loved working with him.

I tend to think we could use 22 million better. I still feel Sterling is just going to end up a glorified Shaun Wright-Phillips.
I get the temptation to be spiteful Mark, given the way things were done. I was simply putting myself in Raheem's shoes with regard to Guardiola. I think the most significant thing he could do is replace his agent as it would help if he does need to move on.
I get that football business can be pretty Machiavellian but I doubt Guardiola has any firm opinion about Sterling and that could spell trouble for him.
