It's great. I don't feel any jitters at all about this - just pure excitement and confidence ....... and I bet that's what the lads are feeling too.

After weeks of 'must win' games this is one we could afford to lose, but playing against a top side who we trounced last week.

I feel pretty relaxed & as you say, hopefully the players do (to a point) as well.

Really looking forward to the match today. It being such a gorgeous sunny day helps as well!

Henderson had an operation on his wrist, but it is on the bench?

Either he can play, or he can't.

If there's a chance he could damage it by falling on it etc, then that's just as big a risk if he comes on, so don't have him in the bench.

If he's OK to play & there's no risk, then play him.

Nah, we don't need to play a 'double pivot' as I believe it's called in modern parlance, when stevie can sit, only question is whether Allen can provide as much cover & do as much of the legwork as Henderson does.
