Budgie got what he deserved for playing such an ultra-defensive formation all match. We showed early doors that the Italian defence is not all that and some of those gilt-edged chances we had should have been put away. Carroll up front from the start and we'd have been in the semis - he won bloody everything !

However neither team is in the same league as Germany and we've probably saved ourselves the embarrassment of a thrashing.
