The club is still swallowing the majority of that up with the current personnel... They are still operating at a loss, didn't they lose 70 million last year?

No the Battersea power station stadium plan fell through. Maybe they are looking at revamping SB but that has nothing to do with the FFP.

Yeah but that's not enough of an increase from what they usually get from the CL to explain the spending.

The wording of the FFP regulations is apparently quite wooly so they obviously think they'll be able to overcome it
