Psycho is a loyal, professional member of the England coaching team doing a Braveheart before the WC in the summer, knowing that (a) what he said would carry weight because of his own background and (b) the player concerned needs particular support just now. Ian wright wasn't old hat when the story came out, it was several years ago when he was still playing.

What I am saying is that in your 20's when there is so much temptation out there it's difficult to remain faithful for a lot of guys. Being faithful takes maturity and many guys don't have that at that stage of their life. In football, there's a view that players should 'settle down' and get married early in their career. I don't agree with that notion for the reasons I have just given so I will never 'judge'.
