De Rossi any day. De Rossi is more of an all rounder comparable to someone like Gerrard - can pass, tackle, shoot, boss the midfield, whereas this Aquilani seems more like an injury prone Xabi.
I hope he's fucking good and I'm wrong, he's got big boots to fill after Xabi's last season....
