It is, i hate the role model to kids narrative, its total bullshit, these kids are playing video games where they are blowing peoples heads off and killing people in various ways every day.

My younger brother was addicted to a James Bond game when he was about 8, it sent him nuts, all he used to go on about was killing his teachers and blowing things up, lol. These rare random incidents in football don't mean shit to brainwashed kids and even if it does register then its soon forgotton about whilst they carry on blowing things up and killing people on their playstations.

What kids might think about Pardew throwing a butt at a player pales into insignificance to many of the things that they are exposed to in everyday life, especially violent video games, i just find it fucked up how people can get outraged over football incidents like this on kids behalf then be fine with letting their kids play games where the are violently killing people day in day out, violence consistantly fed into a kids head is fucked right up when you think about it, saw first hand how it can affect an innocent mind, hes a sound young adult now.
