i wonder what is putting them (and other teams in fairness) off going for eriksen . he's clearly available and ajax aren't looking for crazy money so why hasn't someone gone in for him ?
In saying that i would take a gamble on him also and try strengthen other areas of the team , especially the def mid role. who to buy i have no idea .

If we were losing Suarez I would say Muriel, but it looks like we're hanging on to him, so Willian it is.
I would be surprised if Eriksen is available at that price though, recently he's been quoted closer to 18M I think.
Other thing is, less spending now does not guarantee additional spending later on in future windows. With a quarter of the window left, it remains to be seen how much outlay we make, but our interest in central defenders across the board seems to have cooled, so Siqueria plus a high quality CAM seem like the only additions we will be making, unless some new links show up.

its' funny how we always want what we can't get - if we were signing Er!ksen and Willian was available and going to spurs, we would have the opposite reaction!
