The way the football world acts these days about racist allegations is a bit like an infant school project that went badly wrong. You've just got a bunch of people who don't think much, and don't know much, and don't pay much attention to current affairs, all running around suddenly feeling like they're really grown-up and responsible. So naturally they now despair at how thick they think everyone else is, and regard it as their duty to teach them how to think. It's because they don't really understand racism, whilst they claim to see it everywhere, that is dragging the cause backwards. We saw it with the Suarez affair: they decide what and who is racist, and that's the end of the discussion, or else you're a racist, too. And the media rubber-stamps it all. Goebbels would be so proud.
How sad (in view of its content) to have to say that I doubt I've ever agreed with another post on here as comprehensively as I do with this one.
